Using fresh, locally sourced food, the menu offers juices made from hydraulic cold-press to ensure maximum flavour and goodness. Cleansing, uplifting and immune boosting, the juices include ‘Don’t Beet around the Bush’ and ‘The Lean Mean Green Machine’ for an essential fruit and vegetable packed juice.

And for the food, winter salads include braised celery, green lentil, wild mushroom and chestnut salad with moist chewy granola clusters as well as malt glazed allotment carrots, roasted hazelnuts, pearl barley, spirulina, goju berries, and finished with a sesame dressing. Salads can be topped with a portion of Bertha chargrilled chicken or prawns for a tasty treat.

With small salads and soup combinations starting at £10.95 and a large salad and medium juice at £16.95, the new healthy menu at Bumpkin.

With restaurants dotted across the capital, located in Notting Hill, South Kensington, Chelsea and Westfield Stratford City you can experience the new Bumpkin menu from all corners of the city.

Designed not only to taste good also to make you feel great, the new healthy options menu has been created in association with Julie Montagu, yogini, health coach and wellness warrior.

“I wanted to create salads and juices that included certain superfoods because superfoods contain nearly every nutrient the body requires for optimal health. Superfoods boost energy levels, detoxify the body, increase stamina and focus, and have been shown to help prevent illness and disease. For example, bee pollen which is included in one of the salads contains 22 amino acids, including the 8 essential once, so in essence, it’s a complete protein.”
