British Fashion Week favourite, Richard Nicoll, brings an exclusive sports-luxe collection to luxury retailer Net-a-Porter.
Revered for his modernist clean-lines, sporty fabrics and sleek, wearable aesthetic, Richard Nicoll is the epitome of the minimalist-meets-athletic vibe that is so incredibly desirable right now. High time, then, that his new and exclusive to Net-a-Porter ‘Summer Sweat-Shorting’ capsule collection, a more relaxed offering of his clean-cut catwalk collections was made available.
Taking direction from both his Men’s and Women’s AW14 collections, the mix-and-match separates perfectly capture Nicoll’s casual, sportswear feel. And combined with his signature palette of grey, navy and neon orange flashes, the limited edition pieces have all the precedents to be an instant sell-out.
From fluid silhouettes and luxurious basics to playing with his long-affair with the balance between feminine and masculine, the collection is full of Nicoll designer trademarks. And what’s more, it’s 100% wearable.
While the sporty track pants can be styled up with heels, a silk tank and blazer, and the boxy sweaters can be given added polish with leather skinnies and pool slides, the entire collection can easily transferred into luxe loungewear. How many collections are as versatile as that?
With prices ranging from £195 to £300, the collection is available from Net-a-Porter now.
