New York based jewellery designer teams up with British high street store Whistles for an exclusive collaboration this season.

American jewellery designer Lisa Salzer launched her label Lulu Frost back in 2004. Since then she has become synonymous with modern-retro glamour, thanks to her stunning collection of vintage inspired chandelier earrings, statement necklaces and intricately detailed bracelets.

Just ahead of the festive party season, Lulu Frost is making its way onto the British high street as the brand have teamed up with Whistles for an exclusive eight piece collection.

Harking back to an era of elegance, the collection comprises an array of different tones, stones and styles. From weathered brass to crystal glass stone, you’d be forgiven for thinking Lulu’s pieces were treasured heirlooms.

Standout of the collection has to be the Sandra Necklace priced at £150. A certified showstopper; this geometric mix of emerald green, crystal and gold will elevate a trusty Breton and jeans or revamp a classic LBD.

For earrings, Lulu’s favoured 20s aesthetic shines through in the Art Deco Earrings priced at £65. Layers of delicate crystal drip from a fine brass chain offering a modern take on Gatsby glamour. Wear yours with a sleek topknot, cocktail dress and retro berry lip this party season.

For vintage inspired arm candy look to Lulu’s charming Britnee Bracelet, £75. The chunky, over embellished cuff takes inspiration from a turn-of-the-century shoe buckle, reworked in lavish crystal. Channel this season’s opulence trend and pair it with brocade, lace and metallic fabrics.

The collection is available online now and will be hitting Whistles stores from Monday 22 October. With price points between £65 and £150 the collection offers an affordable way to becoming a modern day Liz Taylor.
