I love the build up to Christmas, I love the parties, the get-togethers, the shopping, everything! The problem is, by Christmas Day, I can look a bit frazzled, which is really not the way I want to start the New Year.

So, throughout December and January, I will be using the latest Bionic Serum- The Radiant Elixir, from one of my favourite skincare brands, Swisscode. Swisscode boasts 10 powerful serums; 7 supercharging boosters from the Pure range and 3 active stem cell elixirs from the Bionic range. They are ALL incredible.

I usually use the Recovering Complex from the Bionic range because my skin gets particularly stressed when I am hormonal- this is the only product that quickly and effectively soothes my skin, it’s my skin saviour! But for December I want something extra, I want a festive glow!

The Radiant Elixir combines the highest levels of anti-oxidants, vitamins, amino acids and minerals, alongside stem cell ingredients including extracts of Tiger Grass for rejuvenation and improved firmness, elasticity and moisturisation, all resulting in a glowing and more youthful complexion.

The clinical results speak for themselves; collagen production breakdown is reduced by up to 98%, skin barrier function is protected by 77%, protection of the capillary wall structure is increased by 70% (meaning no broken thread/spider veins) and anti-oxidant effect is improved by 33% (i.e protection from the environment). Not only that, the Radiant Elixir also helps to control symptoms of rosacea, skin flushing and puffy eyes- all of which can be aggravated with alcohol, cold weather, central heating and lack of sleep. This serum is incredibly active but it’s still suitable for use around the eyes- in fact you really should be using it around the eyes as well as the face, neck and decollete! It’s a multi-tasker!

I always like to get myself a little treat (or 2 or 3) when I am Christmas shopping, and this year it’s the gift of glowing skin -which never goes out of style!
