Bumpkin uses Buccleuch beef in its pies and burgers, whilst even the sides comprise a range of British specialities. British cheese makes for a sumptuous cheese board; with classics such as Stinking Bishop, Devonshire Blue and obligatory British cheddar ensure your meal is completed with finesse. The wine list is also not without a touch of local charm, with offers of a dry white Hosmonden from East Sussex and Gusborne rose fizz from Kent.
