Instead of traditional gym equipment, Six3nine studios are designed to encourage free movement, incorporating gymnastic equipment, free weights and kettle bells to allow its members to move freely within the space.
On Monday 3 September, Six3nine launches its first circuit-style class to run for six weeks. These classes are fast-paced, fun, competitive and highly rewarding. The circuit-style training is designed to target your whole body, meaning every part of you can shake off the excess you’ve endured during summer.
The Six3Nine service combines the key aspects of both singular and group work with a personal training system designed specifically for you, based around a small group, who are always on hand to get your adrenaline going and push you to the limit.
There are at least two trainers for every class of ten, who will take you through a combination of intense cardio interspersed with high impact muscle exercises. The trainers will guide you through every move, so there will be no room for slacking at the back.
Perfect for those of us who are determined to start a new fitness regime, yet lacking in the motivation required; Six3nine is the driving force behind your new body and will not disappoint.
The 12-session course will run twice a week (Monday and Wednesday at 8pm) for six weeks from Monday 3 September. The course costs £240, which consists of 12 hours intensive and focused exercise programmes with two of London’s top personal trainers
