With the Olympics over and done with in the blink of an eye, now is the perfect time to hone all that athletic motivation you may have picked up during this summer of sport and get active with your friends.

On Sunday 30th September, women and men of all ages are invited to dance themselves fit in Hyde Park in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the Pink Ribbon Foundation, during a fun afternoon of aerobic exercise. The dress code is strictly pink, men included, no exceptions.

The aerobic sessions include popular Zumba and the enthusiastically named Girls Just Wanna Have Fun. If anyone can make cardio fun, it’s these guys.

Online sports bra retailer Less Bounce has created pink Aerobics in order to raise funds for the Pink Ribbon Foundation to kick off Breast cancer Awareness month, which takes place throughout October. The event is loved by all of its participants, with glowing reports from many including Rachael Wooldridge, a participant from last years event, who commented, “Pink Aerobics was such a fun day out! I had an amazing time with my friends and above all we were helping a great cause! It doesn’t matter how fit you are, just come ready to have fun and show off your best dance moves.”

This energetic and fun-packed three hour event is sure to set your pulse racing, whilst also serving as a great place to catch up with friends and do your best to raise funds for the Pink Ribbon Foundation.

Pink Aerobics takes place from 1-4pm on Sunday 30th September in Hyde Park. The event costs £17 per person and you can sign up at www.pinkaerobics.com.
