Imbibery

ImbeberyImbibery, one of the UK’s leading cold-pressed juice companies, have released a number of delicious game changers to the market that will have even the most sceptical of anti-juicers gulping down some cold pressed delights!

Founded by Lily Rogath and Meryl Zises, two best friends who met in the nexus of health that is New York City, Imbibery was born from a mutual desire to provide cold pressed juices and nut mylks to the increasingly demanding and health conscious London market.

Offering a number of cold pressed, raw and unpasteurised juices, from the greenest of green Chloro juice to their fiery Spicy Lemonade that is designed to kick start the system, these girls have stormed the market. There is no worry about having to adventure to your local juicer, Imbibery offers deliveries of a daily Juice Pack, cleanses or the option to pick up a Juice at various stockists including the popular Psycle spinning studios and Gail’s bakery locations across London.

Yet what has got StyleNest really excited is their recent collaboration with Belvedere Vodka. Sent to the office in an ultra-sleek Imbibery branded ice bag, the team were sent a mini bottle of Belvedere and two cold pressed cocktail mixers to sample. Being a Friday afternoon, we couldn’t resist!

The Greenacolada, a mixture of spinach, coconut water and pineapple teams perfectly with the clean and sharp Belvedere and it tastes just like a virtuous green juice yet with the added euphoria that comes with the first sips of that Friday after work cocktail! The Hail Mary a combination of tomato, cucumber, beet, lemon and cayenne pepper is fiery but also refreshingly smooth. It is the perfect Bloody Mary, and no tabasco or horseradish is needed to jazz this up.

The choice to join forces with Belvedere over any other vodka brand makes sense, crafted from 100% select Polish rye vodka and free from additives, this pioneering combination is the freshest way to enjoy a cocktail, with no sugar crashes, guilt or worries whether you sent a text to an ex boyfriend that can creep up on you after one too many sugar laden cosmos. Claire Smith, Head of Spirit Creation at Belvedere Vodka says, “Today we are aware of the harmful effects of overindulgence from not just alcohol but from sugar and artificial flavours. We are delighted to partner with the Imbibery, which provides a wonderful array of cold pressed juices which are free from concentrated flavours and artificial sweeteners. These juices can upgrade your drinking experience away from mainstream mixers which are often full of sugar and hidden additives.”

And to make it even better, the mixers are created using special high pressure processing technology, which means that each bottle has a shelf life of 1 month, so keeping a stock pile in the fridge for those necessary occasions is easier than keeping any other fresh juice. There is really no excuse!

Accompanying our cocktails were a few of the Imbibery shots – The Hot Shot, The Tumeric Kick plus two pure 100% freshly pressed Ginger and Lemon bottles. We assume that these were sent to drink better, but in fact the purity of the cocktail mixers left us with no headaches or bad moods – we’ve found a healthy and headache free way to drink ladies! Regardless we all devoured the shots, adding the ginger and lemon to all our teas and even salad dressings! The Tumeric Kick was a favourite, a HOT combination of turmeric, ginger, apple cider vinegar and H20 this little tangerine coloured bottle gave a kick no caffeine boost could ever compete with!

As if they haven’t already transformed the expectations for juice brands out there, the girls have also introduced a new juice/soup – the Imbibery Gazpacho. Although it is marketed as a juice, it is more like a soup – thick yet smooth, sweet yet savoury, they have nailed the gazpacho recipe. A blend of tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt and pepper it is honestly heavenly and the perfect summer lunch on the go!

The cold pressed cocktail mixers and Gazpacho are priced at £6, shots at £3.50 and cleanses for one day cost £85. For more information and to order online check out www.imbiberylondon.com
