Selfridges Halloween Events

Halloween at SelfridgesCheck out the ghoulish goings on in London this October as Selfridges Halloween events take over the luxury department store.

If you’re in the Capital this Halloween make sure you take the family to Selfridges, as the department store unleashes its spooky side this October. With cackling witches roaming the floors, a haunted house to visit if you dare and freaky arts and crafts lesson on offer; Selfridges have a cauldron full of tricks and treats up their sleeves.

Kicking off on Saturday 27 October, the festivities tie in perfectly with the start of the half-term break – making it the perfect school holiday treat for your little monsters. Head to the Kids & Toys department on Floor 4 between 12pm and 7pm to find Dr. Dreadful, where little ones can get messy creating horrifying treats to eat. They may look gruesome by they’ll taste great.

Party time will commence at 2pm, finishing at 6pm with a whole feast of Halloween delights. Pumpkin carving will be on offer as will a trip inside a spooky haunted house if you dare, whilst the less-brave can indulge in some ghoulish arts and crafts. There’ll be wicked witches roaming the department store floor too, so keep your wits about you.

And come Halloween Night, whether your little one dresses up as a little Count Dracula or a cute pumpkin, their outfit will be complete with Selfridges’ professional face painting service. Makeup artists will be on hand to create cuts, scars, or something a little cuter. A balloon artist will also be blowing up some spooky shapes for your little ghouls to take home.

Selfridges London Halloween events will be taking place on the 4th Floor from Saturday 27 – Wednesday 31 October 2012. Visit the Selfridges website for full details.
