London Wine Week 2015

London Wine WeekThe only misgivings some of you may have about London Wine Week follow into two distinct camps. Either you don’t live in London, or are crestfallen that this suggest that every week isn’t Wine Week. Fear not, a drop of the grape is available 365 wherever you are.

That said, should you be in London and fond of a glass this week is an absolute delight; if you’re tempted by interactive ways to learn and engage, and are fond of hanging out in some of the city’s most exceptional venues life just got even better.

Now in its second year, and helped by the supremely talented, apparently hangover-proof team at Drink Up London who bring you London Cocktail Week and Beer Week this week sees a further evolution from the initial success of Wine Week.

As with their other incarnations, a £10 pass gets you access to all manner of grape-based treats from the very best in the industry, as well as wines from around the world at prices unseen since the back of the Reader’s Digest in 1984.

Their Nyetimer Hub at Devonshire Square is aptly named as a focal point of activity and information from the enthusiastic, knowledgeable team at the heart of London Wine Week.

With insight throughout from Noble Rot magazine, pop-ups, meals, tastings and live entertainment in a dizzying list of amazing venues from the start until the closing party at the exceptional Mission at the end of the week, this is a treat of a week for Bon Vivants and wine lovers from beginner to aficionado. Cheers!
