Liberty Re-Launch Childrens Department

LIberty London Childrenswear CollectionThe Iconic department have announced the launch of their childrenswear department, Little Liberty.

We’re big fans of Liberty  and the range of fabulous fashion and beauty brands they currently stock. But we could barely contain our excitement when we heard about the launch of Little Liberty.

The store ceased stocking childrenswear six years ago but due to popular public demand is making a comeback. “It’s demand-driven,” Liberty managing director Ed Burstell told Drapers. “Kidswear is one of the main things we get asked about in store. We’ll take the same approach as we do with women’s and men’s fashion – an eclectic mix that blurs the line between designer and contemporary – just great product.”

Not only is the name of the department super cute but with brands including Miller, Isabel Marant, Lanvin, Acne and Stella McCartney we know it will be a big hit with all you stylish mums. Our favourite collection however has to be the Liberty print childrenswear line which will be introduced later in the year.

Little Liberty will not only stock childrenswear but also a range of toys, gifts, accessories and books all of which will be available for children to play with whilst visiting the Little Liberty,  making the whole shopping experience a little more fun for your little ones and in turn, for you too.

The range sadly will only range from newborn to 8 yrs however we hope it will be such a success they will introduce young teens further down the line.

Little Liberty is due to open on 1st March. For more information please visit www.liberty.co.uk
