Taste of the Sea at Viajante

On 7th August, seafood lovers everywhere will be pleased to know Michelin-starred restaurant, Viajante will be presenting a Taste of the Sea menu for all to enjoy. 

Steering the ship are critically acclaimed chefs Ángel León and Nuno Mendes, who will be working together to bring you an eight course tasting menu, sure to blow your taste buds out of the water.Not made for those prone to sea-sickness, renowned Spanish chef Ángel León’s and Viajante’s Head Chef Nuno Mendes’ culinary collaboration will not only aim to provide you with a taste of the sea, but will present it with an element of surprise.

Expect the unexpected, as diners will have no idea what starter, main or dessert is likely to arrive on their dinner plate. Adding a splash of spontaneity to a fun meal out, diners will be encouraged to indulge in sea-themed Gin Mares as they anticipate what will be gracing their plates next.

Blind-tasting menus are ideal if you’re looking to break your usual ordering habits and try something new. Too often are we satisfied with ordering the same old meal over and over again. Well, break out of those inhibiting impulses,expand your seafood repertoire and be adventurous this August.
