What You’ll Need:
- 2 Strong Roots Ripened Avocado Halves
- 1 tin good quality full fat coconut milk
- 50 g Mint leaves picked
- 2 tbs honey
- 50g chocolate chips
What To Do:
- Defrosted avocado halves.
- With a strong blender combine the avocado, coconut milk, mint leaves and honey until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour into a freezer proof container, and freeze about 2 hours stirring every 30 min to prevent large ice crystals forming.
- Leave out for about 45 minutes before serving.
