Faya’s Chia Pudding

Chia PuddingWhat You’ll Need:

  • 100ml Reduced Sugar Almond Breeze®
  • 10g Blue Diamond Roasted with Sea Salt Flavoured Snack Almonds, chopped
  • 100ml water
  • 8 tsp. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. cocoa, optional
  • 20g jumbo oats
  • 40g fresh organic blueberries
  • 1 tbsp. goji berries or raisins
  • 
Pinch of ground cinnamon

What To Do:

  • Pour the Almond Breeze® and water into a bowl. 
Add the chia seeds, vanilla and cocoa to the mix. 
Let the chia seeds absorb the liquid and expand for at least an hour, or preferably over night in the fridge.
  • Place the chia seeds into 2 glasses or bowls and sprinkle with the oats.
 Put some blueberries on top of the oats, and finally the dried fruit and almonds.
  • Top off with a dusting of cinnamon powder, and enjoy!
