Impress family and friends with this naughty chocolate tart recipe.

What You’ll Need:
For the Filling:
- 200g Dark Chocolate
- 150g Unsalted Butter
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 40g Sugar
- 1 large or 2 small pastry cases
To Serve:
- Icing Sugar
- Fresh Strawberries
- A Small Jug of Pouring Cream
What To Do:
- Pre heat the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
- Prepare the pastry (if pre baked, leave aside). Roll and blind bake the pastry case until golden brown.
- Melt the chocolate and butter on a low heat until melted
- In a blender, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy
- Carry on whisking and add the melted chocolate into the egg and sugar mix.
- Combine thoroughly and pour into the pastry case.
- Cook for 8 minutes for a large tart, any smaller ones monitor on a 3 – 4 minute cycle.
- Once cooked, the chocolate will look slightly paler and will be firm to touch.
- Try not to over cook. The secret is to slightly under cook and allow to set in the fridge.
- Only remove from the tin when cool.
- Lightly dust with icing sugar. Serve with strawberries and cream. Enjoy!
