What You’ll Need:
- 100g frozen fresh soya beans
- 25g chorizo, skinned and diced
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp low fat dressing
- 2 slices Leerdamer Light, cut into thin strips
What To Do:
- Cook the soya beans in a pan of boiling water for 5mins. Drain and cool
- Put the chorizo in a cold frying pan, then stir it over a medium heat for a few mins until it browns a little
- Mix the beans, spring onions, tomatoes, dressing and Leerdammer Light
