Make these quinoa coconut cacao bars for a mid afternoon snack and you’ll feel guilt-free for snacking!
What You’ll Need:
- ¼ cup pistachios
- ¼ cup cranberries
- 1 cup puffed quinoa
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 heaped tbsp cacao powder (or regular unsweetened cocoa powder will do, if you don’t have cacao)
- 8 tbsp Jax Coco extra virgin coconut oil
What To Do:
- Melt together the coconut oil, raw cacao powder, honey and salt.
- Stir in the puffed quinoa cereal, cranberries and pistachios.
- Pour into a lined loaf pan and chill until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
