Breakfast sundae

Breakfast SundaeWhat You’ll Need:

  • 1 large handful Lizi’s granola (Passionfruit and Pistachio is nice here)
  • a small pot of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • handful of strawberries (or any fruit depending what is in season. Berries are nice, but so is banana or chopped apple or even stewed plums or prunes)

What To Do:

  • Ideally in a sundae glass – or if not a small tumbler – layer up the ingredients.
  • Put some fruit in the bottom of the glass, then add half the yoghurt, drizzle on half the honey and then sprinkle with half the granola and repeat. To be eaten immediately. A festive way to start the day!
