Paleo Balls Recipe

Paleo BallsYour children will love these Paleo Balls as an after school treat and what’s great is the recipe is filled with healthy nutrients.

Only taking two minutes to make these Paleo Balls really are a winner all round, get your kids involved in the preparation and they will have so much fun.

Preparation time:2minutes

What you’ll need:

  • 90g Dates – pitted
  • 50g Hazelnut meal/almond meal
  • 25g Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • 25g Chia seeds
  • 25g Sesame seeds
  • 1.5 tbs Tahini
  • 1.5 tbs Nut Butter
  • 1 tbs Coconut oil

What to do:

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender. Blend until a paste.
  2. Squeeze into balls.
  3. These are soft, so great for younger children. They will harden up if you store them in the fridge.
