What You’ll Need:
- 50gr of mix leaves
- Roast chicken breast
- 50gr of crispy pancetta
- 25 green beans
- 50gr of cooked cannellini beans
- 50gr of cooked Italian lentil
- 7 sun dried tomato
- 1 tbls of mayonnaise
- Juice from 1 small lemon
- 25ml of extra virgin olive oil
What To Do:
- Slice thinly the chicken.
- In a mixing bowl add the mayo, lemon juice, olive oil and mix well.
- Add the chicken, green bean, cannellini, lentil and mix.
- In a plate place the mixed leaves and pour on top the chicken mixture; scatter the crispy pancetta and the tomatoes over the top and serve.
