What You’ll Need:
- x4 white bloomer thick cut bread slices
- x10 fish fingers
- x4 lettuce leaves
- Mayonnaise
- x2 bags of Seabrooks salt & vinegar crisps
What To Do:
- 1 place the fish fingers under the grill (cooking as per pack instruction)
- Butter the bread and spread with Mayo
- Place x2 lettuce leaves per butty
- Top each butty with x5 fish fingers
- Finish with Seabrooks salt & vinegar crisps
- Finally carefully place the bread on top and serve
