A brilliant condiment to a lamb dish, you can’t go wrong with a classic mint sauce.
Makes 85ml/ 3 fl oz
Cooking time: 1 hr 5 mins
What You’ll Need:
- 25g/1 oz mint sprigs
- 2 tsp caster sugar or clear honey
- 2 tbsp boiling water
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
What To Do:
- Strip off the mint leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Place in a small bowl and add the sugar or honey.
- Pour over the boiling water, stir well and then leave for 5 minutes.
- Add both vinegars, stir well and pour into a sauce boat. Leave for 1 hour before using.
