Nothing says summer is here like Wimbledon; strawberries and cream, hot(ish) days and Londoners uniting to cheer on their favourite tennis pros, it’s one of the best British summertime traditions.
What You’ll Need:
- 3x Cardamom pods
- 2 Lrg Strawberries
- 20ml Aperol
- 50ml Chase Sloe Gin
- 1x Egg White
What To Do:
In a boston glass firstly crack the cardamom pods then add the fresh strawberries and muddle well. Add the rest of the ingredients (egg white last) and shake without ice to emulsify the ingredients. Shake again with ice and fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with three cardamom pods and serve accompanied by fresh strawberries and cream.
