Whether you are relaxing at home or throwing a dinner party, this recipe will make your Friday night complete.

Serves: 1

What you’ll need:

  • 50ml Ketel One Vodka
  • 15ml White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 Ripe Tomato

What to do:

1.Muddle tomato.

2. Shake all ingredients.

3. Fine strain into chilled coupe glass
