The White Peach Bellini

Bellini Drink postWith it being Bellini Week this week, we thought it only appropriate to offer you this recipe for The White Peach Bellini. End your long working day with this summery cocktail filled with delicious white peaches and Prosecco. 

Serves 2

What You’ll Need:

  • ½ ripe white peach
  • 1 teaspoon of white sugar
  • 150 ml Prosecco

 What To Do:

  • Take the skin of the peach.
  • Put half of the skin with the peach in the blender as it gives the beautiful pink colour to the Bellini.
  • Blend well and add the teaspoon of sugar. Pour the mixture into two Prosecco glasses and top up with Prosecco (75ml each).
