What You’ll Need:
- Two large handfuls of spinach, well washed – 50g watercress
- 1 stick celery, roughly chopped
- 1 pear, peeled and cored
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
- 1/4 banana, peeled and roughly chopped – 100ml water
- A large handful of ice cubes
What To Do:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
