It may be getting colder and colder but that shouldn’t stop us from reliving summer delights with this fruity raspberry mojito.

Preparation time: 5 mins
What You’ll Need:
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 4 fresh raspberries, plus 1 extra to serve
- 20ml/3Ž4fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 1 tbsp black raspberry liqueur
- 35ml/11Ž4fl oz golden rum
- splash ginger ale, to top up
- 1 sprig mint, to serve
What To Do:
- Combine all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker
- Top with crushed ice and serve
