What You’ll Need:

• 2 oz. El Jimador tequila 
• 0.75oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 4 watermelon cubes 
• 1 slice red chilli pepper 

What To Do: 

• Muddle the red chili and watermelon. Add the tequila, lime and syrup. Shake and strain on the rocks in a tajin-rimmed glass.
