Cinnamon Chocolate Mocha

What You’ll Need:

  • Two double shots of Light roast coffee per glass
  • 100g 80% dark chocolate
  • 100g double cream
  • Cinnamon powder for dusting

What To Do:

  • Melt the dark chocolate over a bainmarie (waterbath) until it all turns into a rich dark liquid.
  • Whip the double cream to form soft peaks
  • Make two espressos into a glass, then pour in a tablespoon and a half of the chocolate, stir into incorporate.
  • Rest 2 tablespoons of the whipped cream on top and dust with cinnamon
