Aphrodite Valentine’s Day Cocktail

Aphrodire CocktailA Valentine’s Day Cocktail, named after Aphrodite the goddess of love, beauty and pleasure.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 raspberries
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 10ml Hpnotiq
  • 10ml maraschino
  • 1 egg white
  • Champagne

What To Do:

  • Muddle 3 fresh raspberries and mix it well with 10ml lime juice and 15ml sugar syrup. Add 10ml of Hpnotiq Harmonie, 10ml Maraschino and 1 egg white for texture.
  • Shaken for 7 seconds and double strain in to a champagne flute. Top up the remaining with champagne.
  • Garnish your glass with raspberry and mint spring on flute stem.
