Amaretto Kiss Giraffe has also launched an exclusive Valentine’s Day cocktail – the mixologist has brought together all the things she loves this Valentine’s Day so enjoy this Amaretto Kiss available at selected branches during Valentine’s weekend. If you can’t pop in, why not make one at home instead!

What You’ll Need:

  • Amaretto 25ml
  • House Red 25ml
  • Cassis 12.5ml
  • Pomegranate Juice 50ml
  • Lime Juice 12.5ml

What To Do:

  • Chill the Martini Glass with Crushed Ice
  • Add 25ml Amaretto to your Boston Glass
  • Add 25ml of House Red
  • Add 12.5ml of Cassis
  • Add 50ml of Pomegranate Juice
  • Add 12.5ml of Lime Juice
  • Add cubed ice then Shake and Strain
  • Garnish with half a Strawberry
