Afternoon infusion ice tea

post-graze ice teaWhat You’ll Need:

  • 5 teabags
  • orange peel
  • sugar syrup (or honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar) or alternatively you can sweeten with fruit juice (try orange, apple or cranberry)
  • fresh fruit (we’ve used raspberries and orange slices)
  • fresh mint
  • ice cubes

What To Do:

  • Throw your teabags in a big jug or teapot and pour boiling water over them. Leave to brew for 3 – 5 minutes (depending how strong you want it).
  • Leave to cool (rush it by putting in fridge or even freezer).
  • Add your syrup or fruit juice to taste.
  • Add fruit and mint leaves and leave in the fridge to infuse.
  • Serve in glasses with ice cubes and more fruit for garnish.
