What You’ll Need:
- 5 teabags
- orange peel
- sugar syrup (or honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar) or alternatively you can sweeten with fruit juice (try orange, apple or cranberry)
- fresh fruit (we’ve used raspberries and orange slices)
- fresh mint
- ice cubes
What To Do:
- Throw your teabags in a big jug or teapot and pour boiling water over them. Leave to brew for 3 – 5 minutes (depending how strong you want it).
- Leave to cool (rush it by putting in fridge or even freezer).
- Add your syrup or fruit juice to taste.
- Add fruit and mint leaves and leave in the fridge to infuse.
- Serve in glasses with ice cubes and more fruit for garnish.
