What You’ll Need:
- 2 scoops Blue Label Whey® (vanilla)
- 5 tbsp golden flax milled
- 4 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 6 dates
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 squares of dark chocolate (80%)
- 8 pecans
What To Do:
- Chop the pecans and chocolate into small pieces.
- Create a paste by blending the honey, dates and a few tablespoons of boiling water.
- Put all the ingredients including the date paste into a food processor and blend until you have achieved a dough-like substance. You can add small amounts of water until you get the consistency you desire.
- Mould the dough into cookie shapes and place in oven at 180o for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
