What You’ll Need:
- 8’ spring form cake tin
- 140g 70-80-% chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 120ml This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil
- 180ml honey
- 60g organic raw cacao
What To Do:
- Preheat oven to 180
- Grease tin with This Is Good Macadamia Nut Oil
- Melt the choc and oil over a pan of simmering water
- When melted remove
- Add cacao, honey and eggs and whisk until smooth
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Allow to cool before serving
- If there is any left, cut into squares and freeze. Defrost as desired for a tasty snack
