Andina launches Pisco Sour Masterclass, where guests will learn all about the mixologist methods of the Pisco.

Taking place on the first Wednesday of each Month, Bar Manager of Andina and Ceviche, Miguel Arbe will host an Andina Pisco Sour Masterclass to show guests how to make the classic Pisco Sour cocktail in the restaurant’s basement bar.

Guests will learn about Pisco infusions such as the Macerados, whilst sipping on their very own hand mixed cocktail, accompanied by Cancha, an Andean snack made from special Peruvian corn, baked and salted.

A native cocktail to Peru, the Pisco Sour was created in the 1920s at the Morris Bar in Lima, and has since become a worldwide favourite amongst the cocktail list.

After launching Ceviche in 2012 with the aim to introduce a taste of Peruvian cuisine to London, Martin Morales opened Andina in December of 2013.

After opening their doors only a few months ago, Andina offers all day dining in the heart of Shoreditch. The sister restaurant to Soho’s Ceviche, Martin Morales and his team have reinvented the Pisco by establishing the first Pisco Bar in Europe at Andina.

Discover a sip of Peru on all corners of London – from East to West and become a mixologist in the making with the new Andina Pisco masterclass.

Andina’s Pisco Sour Masterclasses: 5pm on the first Wednesday of each month in the basement bar, lasting approximately 45 minutes. 12 places available: free of charge, booking essential. Over 18s only.
