“Sweet Greens Are Made Of These” preach Cawston Press, rather hilariously. Eurythmics lyrics aside, they’re far from wrong – the London-based company have taken vegetable juice as we knew it and turned it right on its head.
Previously known for their ‘grown-up’ fizzy drinks (honestly, the elderflower lemonade will change your life), the company presses real, proper fruit and vegetables to made delicious, refreshing and uncompromisingly healthy juices.
Their three new fruit and veg blends are right on trend at the moment, dahling, with cold pressed juices popping up left, right and centre. Unlike your other fancy juice bars, though, you can pop into your local supermarket and pick up one of these bad boys at just £2.99 for 750ml. Did someone say bargain?
The mouth-watering flavour combinations, so packed full of your 5-a-day items that your mum will never have to nag you again are Sweet Greens – a a refreshing, light mix of apple, iceberg lettuce, pear, cucumber, lemon and mint, Sunshine Blend – apple, orange, celery root, lemon and carrot to help you see in the dark with the best of ’em, and Radiant Roots – apple, carrot, beetroot, lemon and ginger. How do so many scrumptious veggies fit in those cartons? Must be magic.
