This October 3, the Baglioni hotel welcomes two Michelin starred Chef Moreno Cedroni who will inject some Italian cuisine into London culture. Cedroni will infuse contemporary techniques with traditional and modern Italian food. Cedroni will feature raw fish, pasta and innovative dishes to create a palatable menu. The menu features mouth-watering dishes such as warm Carpaccio of sea bass with lime puree and rocket sauce, fish lasagna and a Cedroni style Tiramisu.
Having been awarded two Michelin stars and having written a number of cookery books, Cedroni’s career began at 20 when he launched his first restaurant, La Madonnina. After opening a concession of restaurants, the Baglioni will be the latest venture from Cedroni. Head chef Antonio Bufi will work alongside the current team and the hotel’s executive chef, Andrea Vercelli.
