Covetable – Amnesty International Christmas Cards

AmnestyOf course gents aren’t renowned at being organised at gifts and cards at any time of the year.

As a tip, despite your apparently better judgement, a blanket text mid sway home from the pub on the early hours of Christmas Day may just be lacking the personal touch of a good, old-fashioned Christmas Card.

Now that you’ve made the decision to send cards, the next step is where to get them. I for one would advocate combining aesthetics for the mantlepiece with one of the many excellent charity cards around these days.

I have plumped for the wonders at Amnesty International in part because we send their cards every year, and in part because I have been a member and supporter for much longer than that.

Rather than preach about their general excellence and vigilance for human rights on a global level I’d just suggest you start by browsing their delightful 2015 designs such as the Mandela one we have highlighted here, some incorporating their iconic logo, and these gorgeous William Morris numbers.

After that, order some, write and post ‘em in time to get well deserved brownie points on multiple levels.
