Whistles Limited Edition model wears trouser suitThe Whistles Limited Edition Collection launches online, bringing exclusive luxury to one of our favourite high street brands.

A go-to brand each season, Whistles never fails to impress. Whether we’re lusting after their rock ‘n’ roll biker jackets or investing in one of their printed blouses; Whistles is one of the British high street’s best.

This season, the brand is upping the style and luxury stakes with the launch of the Limited Edition by Whistles collection.

Staying true to the Whistles DNA – contemporary, style-led, effortless – the 70 piece strong collection comprises key every day pieces from cashmere tracksuits to well tailored trousers. Quality lies at the heart of the collection with impeccable cuts and luxury fabrics including butter-soft leather, the softest cashmere and silk crepe. Every element of the modern woman’s wardrobe has been considered, from stunning eveningwear to luxurious coats.

Standouts of the collection have to be the matchy-matchy Leather Scalloped Top and Pencil Skirt in dusky cream. Pencil skirts are huge this season, as are ladylike pieces making this combo a no brainer.

Say goodbye to worn old tees and jogging bottoms, as down time dressing just got luxe. The Limited Edition by Whistles collection includes off duty staples like cashmere tracksuits, leather leggings and soft silk pyjama suits. Dressed down with plimsolls on the weekend or up with heels in the evening, they’re sure to become wardrobe heroes.

Finally, as Autumn Winter approaches the search for a good coat begins. Whistles’ Mirabelle Faux Fur Hem Coat will ensure you’re warm and making a statement this season. Team with black leather trousers and sky-high ankle boots as a nod to this season’s gothic romance trend.

The Limited Edition by Whistles collection is available online now. From 6 September 2012 the full collection will be available in selected premium Whistles stores, online and at Whistles concessions in Harvey Nichols and Harrods.
