Matthew Williamson Designs Bags For Sport Relief

matthew-williamson-for-sports-reliefThe British designer has teamed up with Sainsbury’s to design a limited edition shopper to support Sport Relief.

Matthew Williamson teamed up with the British store Sainsbury’s to create a colourful limited edition collection of canvas shoppers to raise money for  Sport Relief, the Comic Relief initiative which raises money for those living in poverty, both in the UK and overseas.

The three shopper styles are each covered with a vibrant banana leaf print in varying colours; rose pink/berry, turquoise/indigo and mint/chocolate.The perfect accessory to sping’s bold prints and candy colours.

Speaking of the collaboration the designer commented, “Sport Relief supports projects which are very dear to my heart and I consider it an honour that I’m able to join forces with Sainsbury’s to help raise money for Sport Relief with these stylish shoppers”.

The bags will be hitting 397 Sainsbury’s stores nationwide on 15th February. So be sure to pop along to your nearest store and support this great charity.
