Everyone from Marchesa to Chanel turned to the dark side this season with their take on the dark romance trend.
Reserved for the evening, this look is all about a feminine silhouette – nipped in waists, form fitting pencil skirts and just a flash of skin peeking through soft lace. Don’t be afraid to play with texture too by mixing tough leather with sumptuous velvet and delicate lace.
Of course, black is key to this trend but a hint of blood red accessory or deep green jewel can lift the look from goth to glamour. Finish off with a sultry berry lip or strong smoky eye.
