The Chanel Spring/Summer Ready to Wear 2013 Show was fuelled of 60s inspired pieces, from smock tops to blue denim and with the beehive to match. Peter Philips captured the 60s ethereal essence with modernist makeup. StyleNest have teamed up with the Chanel team to help you achieve the Spring/Summer Ready to Wear 2013 look all on your own.

Step 1. Prep

Step 2. Eyes

It is important to apply the Stylo Yeux Waterproof Long-lasting Eyeliner in Ébçne all around the eye for that signature 60s smoky slick. Glide an outline, smudging a feline flick at the edge of your eyes and then highlight with a shimmering silver mint shadow. Blend into the socket, working your way outwards onto the lid, ensuring to blend blend blend.

Dust an eyeliner brush into your shadow, making sure to blow off any excess shadow. Using the bottom eyeliner as a guide, follow the brush underneath, creating a shimmering line under your liner.

Use Le Crayon Khôl Intense Eye Pencil in Graphite to give yourself a sharp line on the lower lid go over any untidy areas as well as giving a soft and gentle texture on the inside of the lid.

Finish with Chanel’s Inimitable Waterproof Volume Length Curl Separation Mascara in black  and fill in the eyes with Crayon Sourcils Sculpting Eyebrow Pencil.

Step 3. Lips 

Keep it simple. Finish with a lacquered lip with Lèvres Scintillantes Glossimer in Plaisir for a long-lasting ultra glossy wet look shine. Wear alone or with a lipstick underneath for a more pigmented finish.
