How to give yourself a manicure at home:

• Cleanse the hands (Leighton Denny Tropical Treat) and soak in a large bowl

• Exfoliate the hands (Leighton Denny Diamond Skin Like Silk)

• Dry the hands

• File the nails, push back and tidy cuticles on the right hand (Leighton Denny Remove and Rectify)

• Apply a nail reviver and wrap on the right hand (Leighton Denny Slick Tips)

• Repeat on left hand

• Apply an intense manicure oil and massage on the right hand

• Repeat on left hand

• Apply a thick layer of hand cream (Leighton Denny Best Defence) and place hands in cotton gloves or warm mitts
