Get fluorescent chic with OPI’s first collection of neon nail lacquers. The Outrageous Neons collection features four luminous shades , including a white base coat and OPI Top Coat. Polish your nails in Ridiculously Yellow, Riotously Pink, Formidably Orange and Seriously Purple. Simply prep your nails with one coat of the OPI white base coat and follow by two coats of your chosen neon lacquer. For some seriously outrageous colours, paint a different finger with a different shade. The colours will dry matte but add one layer of OPI Top Coat to achieve a super glossy finish.
