To celebrate the 80th anniversary of its creation by Armand Petitjean, Lancôme are launching two very special limited edition gifts, La Vie Est Belle L’Extrait and Les Jumelés.
Paying homage to the jewel-like accessories Armand Petitjean created; each limited edition gift mirrors this historical beauty. La Vie Est Belle L’Extrait is a perfume which reflects both the jewelled inspiration and the 80 years of expert craftsmanship partnerships involved in Lancôme creations. Recreating original Lancôme principles, the brand therefore asked jewellery house Mellerio dits Meller to dress the neck of the La Vie Est Belle L’Extrait bottle in a precious piece of jewellery. The first jeweller to set up business on rue de la Paix, Mellerio dits Meller specialise in creating timeless pieces and are the perfect choice to assist with this limited edition set. They have reinterpreted the organza knot and wings of freedom on the bottle’s neck, producing truly stunning perfume perfection.
Alongside the perfume is the beautiful Les Jumelés Lipstick Duo. Originally created in 1958 by Armand, Les Jumelés are beautiful and luxury pieces of jewellery in the heritage collection. Redesigned for the 80th anniversary, the delicately engraved case of Les Jumelés allowed women the luxurious option to have two lipsticks about their person at all times. The new yet classic design has both a modern and historical feel with two l’Absolu Rouge shades included. Chosen for their graduated effects, these lipsticks were designed using a technique from Korean beauty to remodel lip volume.
