Burberry introduces Suki Waterhouse as the face for new Burberry Beauty, Fresh Glow Fluid Foundation, Compact Foundation and Nude Powder.
It comes as no surprise to the StyleNest team that the next chapter in Burberry’s make up collection is their appropriately named Fresh Glow foundations. As a brand famed for it´s classic trench coat in an iconic colour palette of nudes and beiges, it seems only natural that they would develop a range of products to offer us an equally creamy, soft complexion. British beauty Suki Waterhouse has been chosen as the face of the new campaign, and is the perfect poster girl for the natural, radiant skin at the heart of all of Burberry’s make up.
The compact foundation is a must have in any make up bag, doing the job of both foundation and powder in one easy application. Use the sponge provided to apply to your skin where needed, blending as you go. It can be used wet or dry, depending on how much coverage you prefer, and goes on beautifully, blending like a cream but leaving a soft, powdery finish. With no bulky foundation bottles or risk of spills, this is perfect for on the go touch ups, and we particularly love it for evenings, when it will fit into even the smallest, chicest clutch bag.
The liquid foundation is equally impressive. Formulated with vitamins, moisturising extracts, and Burberry’s signature English blend of rosehip, tea and lavender extract, it nourishes and moistures your skin for up to eight hours, with additional antioxidants and SPF 15 to protect. The texture is creamy and gives great coverage, but leaves a featherlight, flawless finish. Dust over Burberry’s first ever powder, Nude Powder, to set with a silky smooth, ‘lit from within’ finish, and you’ll have a dewy, radiant complexion to rival even Suki’s.
