Jewellery meets beauty this season as luxury jewellery designer Katie Rowland teams up with Aveda. The new Alchimie Vernis à Ongles manicure offers the ultimate in party pampering.
Create statement nails or a simple and stylish ring finger accent with the new innovative manicure, which sees a set of embellished crystal nails create a show-stopping look.
Choose between two statement looks of Diamant et Perle and Le Veuve Noire (Diamond & Pearl and Black Widow) carefully formulated and free from harmful and nasty ingredients such as toluene, formaldehyde and parabens. The 6 free formula is quick drying with a gentle fragrance and promotes healthy, strong and happy nails
For Le Veuve Noire, the manicure features a black matte effect polish inspired by Carine Roitfeld, which is then paired with Diamant Nuit Etoilee – sparkling jet black crystals which are scattered over the polish for a high shine, sparkling effect.
For a softer look, Diamante et Perle uses silver pearl beads with black diamond crystals which are sprinkled over Rowland’s sparkling silvery gold polish, Evalyn, allegedly inspired by the famous American, Evalyn Walsh Mclean.
The manicure will acts as “the ultimate extension of her jewellery and make the perfect partnering to her statement rings,” says Katie Rowland.
