Aesop launches its sixth store in London with its signature Covent Garden store.

Established for 26 years, Aesop was founded in Melbourne in 1987 using plant-based and laboratory made ingredients high in anti-oxidants.

Now the moment we have all been waiting for, the Aesop hub has arrived and has landed in Central London’s Covent Garden.

With six stores across London, the new signature store in Covent Garden features four design references; a Virginia Woolf quote, a Francis Bacon painting, a Henry Moore sculpture and an excerpt from Beauty and the Beast. Embodying the brand, the Parisian architects Ciguë helped reflect this poetry through design.

Clean and simple, with a Mediterranean touch the new Aesop store’s most prominent feature is the whitewashed walls, illuminating natural light and filling the store with a warm summer glow all year round. Exposed copper plumbing adds an industrial look and utilitarian style lighting gives a raw quality to the store.

With a green tiled floor to add a pop of colour and luscious plants climbing the walls for a fresh and natural feel, shoppers can explore Aesop’s finest skin, hair and body care ranges in a calm and tranquil environment.
